  • Sarah M
    Massage Therapist

Sarah is a graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts, where she earned her degree in neuromuscular massage therapy and cranial-sacral therapy. Sarah was also trained in Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Sports Massage, and Prenatal Massage. She became a licensed massage therapist in Colorado in 2014 and began practicing massage therapy right here in Denver.

Growing up, Sarah was a competitive athlete who experienced injuries that lead to chronic pain. After spending time in physical therapy, she realized that her recovery had plateaued and she was still experiencing pain. It was not until she began seeing a massage therapist that she found relief for her daily pain. This is what lead Sarah into the field of massage therapy. She is passionate about helping people find relief that are experiencing chronic pain.

Sarah specializes in several modalities of massage therapy, allowing her to customize a treatment plan that is completely tailored to each patient's specific needs. Her philosophy is rooted in her patients and in treating them as individuals, instead of utilizing generic techniques. With this in mind, she searches for the underlying causes of pain, whether that be general wear and tear, or the result of an injury or accident. Once she understands a patient's wants and needs, she crafts a unique treatment plan for each patient. She encourages feedback throughout her sessions so that your massage can be as effective as possible. Our patients come to us for massage for a variety of reasons, from chronic pain to sports injuries to accident recovery. Sarah will work with you to find the right plan for your massage needs.

Please call the office to check on Sarah's availability and get on her schedule.
